Questex Media Group and TechTarget Announce ASEAN Strategic Partnership and Launch of SearchSMBAsia.com

 

Hong Kong  – September 14, 2007 -- Integrated media and information provider Questex Media Group, Inc. and Information technology (IT) media company TechTarget, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTGT) today announced the formation of  a strategic partnership to expand TechTarget’s highly-targeted approach to technology media into the ASEAN region.  Working together toward this common goal, the two companies will combine their strengths and market knowledge to create powerful, targeted media vehicles to address the specific needs of IT decision makers and IT vendors in this region.  The partnership is marked by the launch of SearchSMBAsia.com™, modeled after TechTarget’s SearchSMB.com™ website, the leading resource for IT professionals working in small to midsize companies (SMBs).  Questex is beginning with an English-language version of SearchSMBAsia.com and will launch a traditional Chinese version later in September, with plans to roll out additional language versions in 2008.

The new site will feature SearchSMB.com content combined with local technical features and news produced by the Questex editorial team.  Modeled after TechTarget’s proven online and integrated media programs, SearchSMBAsia.com will also offer ROI-based advertising, providing the Questex Media Groupwith a distinct competitive advantage in attracting technology marketers seeking to reach key IT decision makers.
