Step 1

Questex establishes teams for design, editorial, production, circulation, event coordination and other services as needed

  • Develop Editorial Advisory Board (as needed) and other appropriate subject-matter advisors
  • Develop plan for premier issue, yearly content calendar, production scheduling, reviews and more

Step 4

Client representative works with Questex team to finalize content, design, schedules, etc.

  • Questex walks client through process and typical production cycle
  • Initial design and content plans revised until client is satisfied

Step 5

Questex team works with client liaison through each issue development and approvals

  • Questex and client develop each issue’s content plan
  • Client gets full review of copy and graphics in various stages
  • Questex team handles details of research, writing, photography, editing, layout, corrections, circulation, production, scheduling and other duties as needed
  • Client gets final OK before projects or issues move into completion

Step 6

Post-issue review, reader surveys, Editorial Advisory Board reviews, reports and other measurements keep project on track to meet goals.
