Questex has added new leadership to drive its audience centric information services capabilities:
Matt Cocchiaro joins as Vice President, Product and Technology and is responsible for the management and strategy of Questex’s product vision, development and execution across all platforms as well as for driving revenue and engagement for its brands. He brings a strong background in technology, data, engineering, project management and products to this newly created position. Cocchiaro was most recently Executive Director of Industry Solutions at IHS, where he led a team in the maritime and trade sector, working with data and industry experts across the business to deliver custom solutions to customers in all industries.
Molly Walker has been promoted from Digital Editorial Director, Fierce to the newly created role of Vice President, Content. With more than 13 years of journalism experience and over a decade of that experience at Questex, Walker understands the complex challenges facing digital news. Walker is responsible for content across Questex’s events, digital and social media, strengthening content quality and streamlining the process, driving revenue, audience acquisition and enabling Questex’s markets to better serve, retain and grow its audiences. In addition, Walker will be responsible for the Social Media Innovation team lead by Bryant Chase, Social Media Director.
Rhonda Wunderlin joins as Senior Vice President, Performance Marketing and is responsible for building Questex’s seller and buyer experience from discovery through purchase and purchase through advocacy as well as monetization. Wunderlin has deep experience in marketing and brings a holistic approach to driving the audience and customer experience through marketing and data driven best practices. Wunderlin has a proven track record of building highly effective teams and recently was named Modern Marketer of the Year by Oracle. She is also a board member of the Software & Information Industry Association’s (SIIA) Software & Services Division (SSD) Board of Directors and a founding member of Omeda’s Executive Advisory Board. Wunderlin was most recently, Vice President, Marketing Performance at Informa Engage.
Cocchiaro, Walker and Wunderlin all report to Spellman. Spellman added, “We’re excited to have Matt, Molly and Rhonda on board. They will bring fresh ideas, perspectives and skills to propel our business forward.”
